Welcome to Austin Rumminger, where expertise meets dedication.

Austin's journey began in April 2013 when he made Bossier City his primary residence as a member of the United States Air Force, serving with the 26th Operational Weather Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base. Although he cherished his time serving his country, Austin eventually felt called to a new path.

After careful consideration and prayer, Austin decided to stay in Bossier City, drawn by his active involvement in North Point Community Church. It was there that he met Chloe, his partner in life and love, and together they've built a beautiful family with three children.

Transitioning out of the Air Force, Austin explored his passion for real estate investment. He honed his skills in managing rental properties and delved into the world of stock market trading, driven by his desire to assist others in making sound investments. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and relevant FINRA licenses, Austin briefly pursued a career as a Financial Advisor at Raymond James before realizing his true calling lay in real estate.

Driven by a desire to serve and empower others, Austin decided to follow his passion and embark on a career in real estate. Even before becoming a licensed agent and full-time investor, he was already building his own portfolio of rental properties, leveraging his knowledge and passion for the industry. With a natural talent for assessing real estate value, a deep understanding of financial transactions, and extensive experience as a real estate investor, Austin is dedicated to guiding and empowering his clients every step of the way.

Austin Rumminger is more than just an advisor; he's your trusted partner in achieving your real estate goals.

Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.
